About Me:
My absolute passion is gardening! I enjoy growing plants of all types and enjoy gardening for exercise, therapy, the beauty, food, and self-fulfillment. I am currently attempting to create a botanical paradise to enjoy and share with others. My first attempt at vegetable gardening was successful, this year my soil is much improved and I hope to have an even better harvest.

Hi Chris--thank u for ur rapid response I just rec'd. Because I am a confirmed "clinical" gardening addict and have a strong curiousity for most anything interesting & fascinating, I know I am likely going 2 add vermicomposting at some point. Because I "now" know they are "so easy to raise and CUTE" as you stated, I may have to get on board sooner ! LOL ! I love it...:)
I will give it some serious thought in coming months but now much of my free pre-spring time is consumed getting new experimental plants in the ground ! Thanks again !

Chris--I may take up vermicomposting this year--I used to actually buy a good quality, reasoanbly priced vermicompost from a lady on the west side (although I live in E. valley--Tempe) who is now retired. I still have a fair amont left but may be interested in: a) a source for the compost b) a source for red wigglers or worms if I actaully take vermicomposting up this year. Please retain my info & I will retain yours. Thanks ! :)

Chris, that is wonderful! You live nearby too, so even better. I'll call you a bit later this morning. Cheryl

Chris, your name was suggested at the last vermicomposting class as a potential resource to purchase some worms. Do you have some to spare? I have my wine box bin prepared and ready to house some happy and hungry worms. Many thanks, Cheryl

Hi chris, I wanted to see if I could buy some worms for my High school classrooms soon to be worm farm. I think I will have everything ready in about 2 weeks. If you think you'll have some around that time, I'll let you know when I can come by. Thanks!

Chris - I'm not for sure if I am going to go to the vermicomposting class or not as I have a flight to Michigan leaving that night. I'm not even really sure I want to "vermicompost" as I have 2 compost bins already in the backyard. It is just something that I may look into. I will let know if I need any worms though.

Hi Chris - glad you were able to get onto the site. I also got the newsletter you mentioned & have looked a little on the site...definately added it to my favorites.
