Freshly produced (2015 season) Vermont maple syrup is available at local farmer's markets.

Simply Vermont is a family business at the foot of Mt. Mansfield in north central Vermont.  Our goal is to provide small batches of high quality syrup.  One thing which differentiates us from other maple businesses is that our sap collection system uses no energy.  We don't use any vacuum pumps or electricity to collect the sap, it's a "Zero-Energy gravity feed sap system" which runs from tree to tree that we're quite proud of.  Our sap lines are held in place with simple tension, there are no nails or screws holding up our lines.  It's all sustainable and tree friendly.

The syrup is All Natural, Gluten Free of course, 100% Pure (nothing added...just boiled sap).

Winter in Vermont is long and cold, however those same conditions create high sugar content sap in our maple trees.  As the snow melts and days become longer, we look forward to working in the woods to collect this wonderful renewable resource, and sharing it with you.  Enjoy.

Indeed.  We all hope you enjoy the product and help this little tiny family business be successful in its hard work at harvest time.

A big Thank You! to Catherine for helping make the connection to a local Farmer's Market vendor.  Thanks Catherine The Herb Lady!!
