There are a lot of new folks here and I thought I might share a few of my favorite things about this website...
One of the best functions I love about this website is the search function at the top right corner of the page. If you want to know what has been posted about a certain topic (i.e. chicken scorpion stings, harvest…Continue
I had a good amount of cauliflower this season, which was great because my favorite dishes on a cold evening are Aloo Gobi and Navratan Korma, both of which were made stellar due to the addition of beautiful organic home-grown cauliflower. I live quite a distance from Phoenix - in Needles, CA. As a result, I couldn't make it to the recent Tour de Coop, but so wanted to see the lovely Chicken coops and gain some inspiration. Did anyone take pics? Can they be uploaded on this site? I'd love to see some of them. :)
