Solar Oven Adventure Log

Let me catch you up! I have been "tinkering" with solar ovens for about two years. It's been a bit of an obsession to make an oven that can reach 300 degrees or higher, and made from low/no-cost, small footprint materials. I have seen the pizza box, and just can't imagine that gets above 200 degrees.

Keeping cactus clean from tree debris

I have a beautiful Palo Verde and love all the blossoms but when they drop they get stuck in all the cactus I have below it.

I have tried brushing, vacuuming etc. and can't get the stuff out.  Any suggestions?
