Vermont Maple Syrup

Freshly produced (2015 season) Vermont maple syrup is available at local farmer's markets.

Simply Vermont is a family business at the foot of Mt. Mansfield in north central Vermont.  Our goal is to provide small batches of high quality syrup.  One thing which differentiates us from other maple businesses is that our sap collection system uses no energy.  We don't use any vacuum pumps or electricity to collect the sap, it's a "Zero-Energy gravity feed sap system" which…

It should dry out by Tuesday - I can't help you but you can take all you like.  I'm at 6629 E. Thunderbird.  You can see it in the driveway.  I've used all I will need - piled it in the yard for now.  I need to get it off the drive so let me know when your done and I can let others come get some if you don't take it all :)

He  did it last year.  The plants were huge,  but he said the gourds grew strange so he did not use them.  Plus he said it took from May to October to grow.  So I thought maybe it would be better to wait a bit to plant my gourds.

Thanks Mary, the neighbor had some huge gourd plants last year and he said he planted them in May.  So I was wondering if now was a good time.

Hi Mary, I'm excited to win, thank you! I'll try the Oregon Spring tomato if that's okay with you. :) I didn't plant any fall tomatoes this year, so any tomato at all would be a real treat!
