I would like to know if you can direct me to any local periodicals pertaining to choosing, growing and cooking things in a garden?

Hi Chloe,

Ideas of where to have the class...the library in Gilbert.  I know a few years ago a master gardener gave a class on composting.  It was very well attended.  I'm no sure if the library would charge you for the room though.

Also, my church would probably let you do it there.  I can check on that if you would like.  I would need to know more long is the class, how many people is a good number to have in attendance, etc.  I think that some members of our church would be really interested in the class.

Let me know if either idea sounds good to you and if I can help.  Also is there an email where I can email you privately?

Hi there!

Couldn't make it to the voulenteer meeting last nite but am interested in what I can do?

I'm an artist an new in a sense to the valley - I've had some training in rainwater catchment with Brad Lancaster and am just starting my own garden.

I'd love to attend the composting class tomorrow - but it seems full - any way in?

Thx. Slade Graves

We'll do raising first, then processing later.  I think it makes sense that way. :)

We'll have some on the schedule soon.

Hi Chloe, my husband and I are also interested in a rabbit processing class, preferably not in February though.

I have talked to Chris and others about processing classes.  We will have those on the schedule again soon!  Thank you so much for the request.  If anyone else has requests feel free to email me ( or post them here.  I look forward to hearing what you would like to see us teach!

Hi Chloe, I'd like to request that you repeat the meat rabbit class taught by Chris Byers as I and probably others are interested in raising and processing. Thanks,
